About The Position
The position involves preparing loan documents upon receipt of requests from lenders, reviewing loan approvals and related supporting documents, and ensuring that all required documents are provided to properly evidence the loan and perfect the bank's security interest. The role requires working with the bank's software to create documents and ensuring timely delivery to lenders and other parties. Additionally, the position includes following up with lenders and legal counsel for missing items, performing post-closing follow-ups, and responding to questions concerning loan documentation. The individual will also review Line of Credit Renewals, update software with renewal information, produce and review departmental reports, track fees, and provide support to peers in the department. The role may also involve providing backup to Title Reviewers and participating in cross-training throughout Commercial Loan Servicing.
