About The Position
Complex Credits This team is a specialty team that processes activities typically of a more complex structure in nature. Aids in sustaining customer relationships by providing operational support for multiple lending departments. Coordinates the preparation and processing of monetary and maintenance transactions and loan payoffs related to Commercial loans. Processing is done in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated time frames. Communicates with managers, peers and business line partners to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete tasks. Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements and customer service standards. Job duties also include Quality Review of maintenance and monetary transactions. Activities include but are not limited to advances, payments, participation loan activities, rate options and research for more complex loan deals.
