About The Position

Verify all loan documents are accurate and in appropriate order for closing
Review legal title work and accompanying documents for accuracy
When necessary close loan transactions for the Title Company
Assist loan officer with any function
Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods
of time
Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous mortgage or title company experience
• Strong PC knowledge with excellent data entry skills
• Experience with processing software and internet programs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with files
• Ability to work under little supervision
• Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environment
• Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
• Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
