About The Position

Serve as the initial customer contact in the Lonoke Branch. Primary responsibilities include: Checks, receipts, deposits, inquiries Loan support Managing files Provide administrative support to the branch office team

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma.
  • Prefer 2+ years of progressive experience in a financial institution or related office environment.
  • Ability to work with a variety of people.
  • Ability to effectively use various computer applications.
  • Knowledge of office practices and loan processing/servicing procedures is desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Organization skills with a preference for detailed work with high accuracy
