About The Position

Serve as the initial customer contact in the Lonoke Branch. Primary responsibilities include: Checks, receipts, deposits, inquiries Loan support Managing files Provide administrative support to the branch office team CRITICAL COMPETENCIES INCLUDE: Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and interpersonal skills Organization skills with a preference for detailed work with high accuracy Loan processing is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 2+ years of progressive experience in a financial institution or related office environment.
  • Knowledge of office practices and loan processing/servicing procedures is desired.
  • Loan processing is a plus
