About The Position
The Loan Assistant/Customer Service Representative at MidSouth Bank is responsible for supporting loan officers in the preparation and processing of loan documentation while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of banking and lending practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and underwriters. The position also involves cross-selling bank products and providing additional teller support as needed.
