The Loan and Member Service Representative II contributes to the success of the branch by collaborating with the supervisory team in managing the overall operations of the branch ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives. Lead by example and effectively develop LMS I Reps to deliver exceptional member experiences, foster long lasting relationships and effective use of financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address member needs. The expectation is for the team to make sound recommendations for products and services that benefit the members and to process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
