About The Position

As a Loan Analyst - Inspections at CBRE, you will manage the servicing of small to medium-sized portfolios of commercial mortgage loans. This role is integral to the Loan Servicing function, overseeing the administrative aspects of loans from disbursement to final payment, ensuring compliance and effective communication among all parties involved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of an assigned low-volume commercial mortgage loan portfolio.
• Act as an intermediary between lenders, master servicers, producers, and borrowers.
• Work with a Loan Analyst or Portfolio Analyst to ensure that procedures are being followed.
• Monitor compliance with loan servicing agreements.
• Review and prepare recommendations for lender consent items such as easements, leases, loan assumptions, and other real estate-related issues.
• Participate in conference calls with lenders, special servicers, or master servicers.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
