About The Position

Overview: Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact while delivering timely, accurate, customer-focused financial solutions. Maintain open communication to identify needs and support efficient branch operations. Perform intermediate loan administration duties including moderately complex loan closings with accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• A solid understanding of accounting/financial systems and standard records management practices.
• Familiarity with title, crop, and credit life insurance documentation, as well as deeds of trust and collateral requirements.
• Working knowledge of farm operations and the agriculture industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service skills and clear, professional communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and input loan and borrower information to keep applications moving smoothly.
• Build complete, accurate loan closing packages and ensure every detail is ready on time.
• Maintain loan files, process payments, and monitor insurance and collateral requirements.
• Answer customer questions, resolve routine issues, and deliver friendly, reliable service.
• Gather collateral data, research borrowers, and support relationship managers and appraisers.
