About The Position

The Loan Administrator at Third Federal Savings & Loan is responsible for assisting customers with banking transactions in a retail branch environment. This role focuses on opening depository accounts, taking equity loan applications, and resolving customer issues, all while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

• 6 months of recent retail bank teller experience.
• 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings and equity loan applications.
• Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Conventional first mortgage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone.
• Open depository accounts including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, and IRAs.
• Take equity line/loan applications and resolve customer issues on the platform.
• Work in all areas of the branch as needed.
