Responsible for maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record (SOR), set-up and standardization of collateral files, set-up and review of tickler and exception tracking data. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client record and indicative data. Works on highly complex relationships. Assists junior Document and Loan Administrators with their primary responsibilities and assists Market Leader in directing workflow and performing QA. This role will be responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of collateral process. LOB Specific Description: This role manages post-close loan documentation and due diligence, ensuring accuracy and thorough follow-through from initial receipt to final completion. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking in the system of record (SOR). Setting up and standardizing collateral files. Establishing and reviewing tickler and exception tracking data. Performing reviews of highly complex relationships. Assisting junior Loan Administrators with their responsibilities. Supporting the Market Leader in directing workflow, research and conducting quality assurance. Collaborating with Credit and Operational business partners to review complex collateral structures and documentation

Requirements

  • Previous loan administration experience
  • Experience with Legal documentation review
  • Ability to prioritize and proactively manage responsibilities
  • Effective problem solving skills and ability to perform independent research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook
