We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Production Administrative Coordinator to support commercial lending at Optum Bank. This role will be responsible for assisting the Credit Department with Loan Production administrative duties. The role will provide administrative support to Credit Leadership and loan production personnel assisting with loan pipeline management, travel arrangements, monthly reporting on booked transactions, expense management, event coordination, signature tracking, meeting planning, etc. to ensure the department can work to achieve its goals. This will involve working closely with the Deputy Chief Credit Officer, Director of Credit, and Relationship Managers. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience including Coordinating travel and expense management and providing administrative support
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including coordinating travel and expense management and providing administrative support
  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, within banking or real estate

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate data entry into the loan pipeline, including proper document preparation and record-keeping for loan production processes and loan approvals
  • Assist with coordinating travel and expense management for commercial property inspections and loan production
  • Assist with reviewing and validating reports within the Credit Department
  • Complete other administrative duties related to new loans, leases including scheduling of department and committee meetings
  • Assist with lending and leasing partner relationship management and reporting
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Present and raise appropriate findings to leadership within the Credit team
  • Access Credit systems to gather data and report on individual transactions
  • Become familiar with all policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations and systems applicable to credit and lending
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal clients
