About The Position

This job description includes multiple positions within the banking sector, each with specific responsibilities and requirements. The Loan Administration Processor is responsible for reviewing loan papers and ensuring transaction completion for commercial and real estate loans. The Personal Banker (Teller) roles involve cash handling and maintaining a balanced cash drawer. The Commercial and Private Banking Associate focuses on servicing Private Banking clients, while the Assistant Branch Manager oversees customer service and sales targets. Lastly, the Commercial and Private Banking Officer evaluates loan applications and advises borrowers.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent loan administration experience for Loan Administration Processor.
• 2 years of Laser Pro experience preferred for Loan Administration Processor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent for Personal Banker positions.
• Previous teller experience preferred for Personal Banker positions.
• Cash handling experience preferred for Personal Banker positions.
• Over 2 years of banking (branch) experience for Commercial and Private Banking Associate.
• Lending/Loan experience preferred for Commercial and Private Banking Associate.
• Four year college degree or equivalent banking experience for Assistant Branch Manager.
• Minimum of one year of branch experience for Assistant Branch Manager.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university for Commercial and Private Banking Officer.
• 2 or more years of customer service banking experience for Commercial and Private Banking Officer.
• BS in Finance preferred for Commercial and Private Banking Officer.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consumer and commercial loan processing for Loan Administration Processor.
• Experience in cash handling for Personal Banker positions.
• Lending/Loan experience for Commercial and Private Banking Associate.

Responsibilities

• Review loan papers to ensure completeness.
• Complete transactions between loan establishment and borrowers for commercial and real estate loans.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
• Rotate the branch vault, including cash, coin, and negotiable instruments.
• Service the needs of Private Banking clients.
• Assist Private Banking officers.
• Direct platform and Personal Banker activity to provide efficient customer service.
• Assist in achieving retail sales targets.
• Evaluate and recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods.
• Work on the renewal of existing loans and develop new customer relationships.
