This position is responsible for keeping on schedule and minimizing back orders. Supervise assigned employees as well as properly train all new hire employees that join the Trulite Team. Ensures Safety and Quality meet the company standards and addresses any issues that may come up throughout the process.

3-5 years of Supervisory experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, often up to 75 lbs alone and up to 150 lbs with 2 people.
Ability to move/back truck and trailers into a loading bay.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to mentor and coach employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group.
