Requirements

• Prior leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability and desire to work in a hands-on, industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership experience as a supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Bilingual.
• Previous experience with SAP ERP system.
• Willing to relocate to other Nucor locations for appropriate advancement opportunities if available.
