About The Position

You’ll be right in the action—inspecting, detailing, repairing, and loading fiberglass pools and equipment to ensure they leave our facility in perfect condition. When needed, qualified team members may also support deliveries using company trucks, making this a dynamic role with variety and growth potential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, detailing, warehouse, or similar hands-on work (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience operating power tools such as grinders, buffers, saws, and sanders
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in outdoor, hands-on environments
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in a variety of weather conditions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks under time pressure
  • Knowledge of chemical handling and DOT regulations
  • Commitment to providing great customer experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fiberglass or gelcoat repair (preferred)
  • Experience operating Lift Trucks, Cranes, and/or SkyTrak lifts (preferred)
  • Current unrestricted Class A CDL with 2+ years of experience (able to drive automatic and manual transmissions)
  • 6+ months of oversized load experience
  • Current TWIC card and unexpired passport
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading fiberglass swimming pools, spas, and equipment using lift trucks, cranes, SkyTrak lifts, or other tools
  • Inspect, detail, and perform minor repairs (including fiberglass and gelcoat work) on pools in preparation for shipment or storage
  • Document inspections, repairs, product releases, and shipping records electronically
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area after each shift
  • Support monthly inventory counts and work overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules
  • Collaborate closely with the site team, including lift operators and dispatch, in a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Handle chemicals safely, dispose of waste properly, and comply with all DOT and safety regulations
  • For qualified CDL holders: Safely operate a company truck to deliver oversized loads (pools, spas, and equipment) to distribution yards and customers throughout the Eastern United States. This may include occasional overnight stays, route planning with pilot cars, in-transit communication, and completing required DOT documentation.
