About The Position

BASIC PURPOSE: To load all the outbound orders into the designated tractor trailers in compliance with company procedures and standards. Your work ensures drivers receive properly organized and secured product for efficient deliveries. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Pallet jack experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret load diagrams
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work well with others

Responsibilities

  • Conduct trailer inspections prior to loading to ensure cleanliness, correct temperature, and readiness
  • Build pallets according to delivery stops and securely wrap pallets to prevent damage during transport
  • Verify pallet header labels and inspect for damaged or outdated product
  • Load trailers, ensuring bulkheads are properly placed and secured
  • Complete and submit required load diagrams
  • Follow all safety work practices and maintain a clean and orderly dock area
