About The Position
As the Loader, you will be responsible for loading trucks, ensuring paperwork is accurate, and maintaining a clean organized work environment. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 - $22.00 at the time of posting. Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- At least one (1) year of warehouse experience is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work necessary overtime as required to meet operational needs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proven number verification and accuracy skills for all orders.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow Dematic policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Load product into the appropriate truck, ensuring flawless execution.
- Ensure accurate documentation to maintain our high standards.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area, contributing to a safe workplace.
- Operate forklift equipment safely, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient and cohesive workflow.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols consistently.
