Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and load boxes 10+ hours

Responsibilities
- Load trailers while maintaining Dollar Tree safety policies to avoid personal injuries and property damage.
- Ensures freight is loaded so that appropriate space is left at end of trailer, determining when overflow is necessary.
- Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate, and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
- Work as a team to prevent production downtime due to overloading or merchandise being left on the extender.
- Achieve set standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Assist in other general warehouse duties on an as needed basis
