The primary responsibilities include efficiently loading and unloading trailers with Walmart products, ensuring accurate handling and timely movement of goods. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a smooth flow of goods through the supply chain. Job Title: Loader/Unloader - Walmart Products Department: Warehouse/Logistics Employment Type: Full-Time Pay rate: $19.29 Schedule- Sun- Wednesday 5am-2:30pm Key Responsibilities * Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trailers with Walmart products, including boxes, pallets, and loose items. * Product Handling: Sort and organize products by type and destination to ensure accurate placement in the warehouse or shipping trailers. * Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material-handling equipment as needed. * Quality Checks: Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies during loading and unloading processes. * Inventory Support: Scan and record products using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment handling. * Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines. * General Maintenance: Keep the loading and unloading areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Qualifications and Skills * Experience: Previous experience in loading/unloading, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not required. * Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [45 lbs], stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately sort and handle products while maintaining quality standards. * Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. * Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and workloads. * Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
