About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Outbound Operation Supervisors at our Lebanon, PA Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with various shifts available. The role involves overseeing dock operations and driver/freight handler scheduling, ensuring safety compliance, and following quality freight handling procedures. Timely dispatching of LTL loads is also a key responsibility, along with other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas
• Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
