About The Position

Loader Supervisor, $65,000 - $75,000 yearly Full-Time AM Shift- Tuesday-Saturday 12am-Till Done PM Shift - Monday-Friday 2pm-Till Done. Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment. R L Carriers has an immediate need for Outbound Operations Supervisors at our Salt Lake City, UT Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations.

Requirements

• Proven basic leadership experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred
• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of the City and surrounding areas
• Prior LTL leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
