ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. Provide aid in transporting customer products by utilizing correct lifting methods to prevent injuries. Help to organize inventory within the shipping area, ensuring proper stock levels. Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor. Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize tasks. Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs. Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment. Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred. Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary WORKING CONDITIONS: Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
