We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Loader/Receiver to join our 1st shift team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year in manufacturing or production (preferred)
• Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Willingness to become forklift and CHARM certified
• Team-first attitude and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship milk products according to schedule
• Manage silo space and CIP (Clean-in-Place) requirements
• Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks
• Monitor and document milk testing procedures
• Wash tankers and clean equipment per SOP
• Load out finished products with accuracy
• Communicate effectively with lab techs, operators, and supervisors
• Ensure GMPs, safety, and food quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot common issues and keep operations flowing
