About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move aggregate materials Maintain product stockpiles and ensure consistent material flow for production needs Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly Support site housekeeping by keeping work areas clean and free of hazards Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production or industrial setting
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Capability to follow operating procedures and adjust to changing production demands
- Reliable, team‑oriented approach with effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
