Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates to fill a WHEEL LOADER OPERATOR position at our Reostone Asphalt Plant, located in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience operating a mid-to-large size, wheeled loader – like a CAT 980, CAT 988, Komatsu WA500-8 or similar. The successful candidate must also have an uncompromising commitment to safety excellence. This role will primarily operate a wheeled loader around the plant to load aggregate products into the various bins for asphalt production. May also be required to operate various other pieces of heavy equipment as production needs require, and at the discretion of the plant manager and foreman. Duties will also include support and clean-up around the asphalt plant, general maintenance of plant and equipment, and various general labor tasks, as needed.
