What You’ll Do As a Loader Operator, you’ll be right in the action—keeping production moving and the asphalt plant running safely and efficiently. Operate a front-end loader to keep materials flowing and production on track Communicate with truck drivers and customers on site Perform routine inspections and assist with basic equipment maintenance Help with plant repairs, housekeeping, and daily upkeep Monitor material quality and support production goals Stay sharp on safety, efficiency, and problem-solving Communicate production and maintenance needs to plant leadership Jump in where needed—teamwork is how we win What You Bring Ability to safely operate equipment in an asphalt plant environment Previous asphalt plant or loader experience preferred Willingness to work overtime and weekends when demand calls for it Basic computer skills for record keeping Strong understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to doing the job right Where You’ll Work Indoor and outdoor environments Exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, wind, and the elements Regular operation of heavy equipment and machinery (Safety is always our top priority.)
