About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Operate a front-end loader to safely and efficiently manage aggregate materials Maintain proper stockpile levels and ensure material quality Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Assist with plant operations, cleanup, and material handling as needed Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
Requirements
- Proven ability to safely operate heavy equipment with attention to detail
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
- Capability to perform physical tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support daily plant needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
