About The Position

The Loader Operator 3’s main objective is to keep the plant supplied with eggs by ensuring the loader robot is operating effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival in the morning, perform robot machine start up
• Call eggs to robots according to the daily plan
• Monitor equipment function and fix issues in a timely manner; escalate more complex issues if needed
• Monitor materials; ensure dirty material is directed to the wash robots
• Work closely with grader technician(s) on how many pallets they need before switching product type
• Communicate closely with liquid department team members regarding product type changes
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Disassemble all machines
• Clean and sanitize processing facility and equipment; including, but not limited to, scrubbing, wiping, foaming, and rinsing equipment
• Reassemble machines and prepare for USDA inspection
• Follow cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep work area clean, follow GMP, and wear appropriate PPE
• Other duties as assigned
