As a Full-Time Loader Operator & Scale House Associate at Tank's Recycling and Landfill in Tucson, AZ, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include safely operating a front-end loader to manage and move inert materials while ensuring clean work areas to support site flow. You will greet contractors, haulers, and residential customers, providing a positive experience as you weigh inbound and outbound loads using SMSTurbo scale software and issue tickets. Additionally, you'll engage in administrative tasks by entering transactions into SMSTurbo and maintaining organized documentation. Communication is key as you interact with team members across multiple locations regarding material transfers. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint will be essential for daily reporting and scheduling, helping to maintain a professional and efficient work environment focused on customer satisfaction. To excel as a Full-Time Loader Operator & Scale House Associate at Tank's Recycling and Landfill, you will need a diverse skill set. First and foremost, experience operating a loader is essential for managing and moving inert materials efficiently.
