About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Load customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precision Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial setting
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent performance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
