About The Position

The role involves operating front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely, performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, loading customer trucks and feeding processing equipment with precision, maintaining clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity, and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial setting
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Load customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precision
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations
