About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. In this role, you will operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely. You will also perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, load customer trucks and feed processing equipment with precision, and maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity. Effective communication with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily operations is essential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial setting
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognition
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move raw materials and finished products efficiently and safely
