Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Support plant operations by following production schedules and directions.
• Monitor material quality and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
