About The Position
The Loader / Forklift Operator is responsible for loading containers with product in a cold storage environment while operating material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience operating stand-up, sit-down forklifts, and EPJ required
- Ability to work in a cold environment for the entire shift
- Must wear required PPE: Steel toe boots Hairnet Beard net (if applicable) Safety vest No jewelry allowed
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable and able to work assigned schedule
Responsibilities
- Load containers with product accurately and efficiently
- Operate stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, and electric pallet jack (EPJ)
- Move and stage materials within the warehouse
- Maintain productivity while working in a cold environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
