Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer applications.

Experience in transportation planning or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign loads departing from local manufacturing centers and/or distribution centers.
Maintain, monitor, and update departure dates and times in software systems for accuracy.
Track and resolve issues with drivers and loads; recommend process improvements.
Monitor and respond to driver communications via phone and tablet.
