About The Position

The position involves load optimization daily on Transportation Management System and Warehouse Management System. The candidate will manage the overall planning and coordination of transportation services for the company, using judgment and discretion to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the operation. Responsibilities include utilizing independent judgment and discretion to determine the location of trucks and available customer loads, tailoring planning to meet area needs, and proactively communicating with leadership to maximize efficiency. The role also requires understanding operational market intricacies, planning for load acceptance, and ensuring customer service requirements are met. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with designated department teams and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
