Under the direction of the Leave & Disability Manager, the LOA Administrator is responsible for managing all leave of absence processes as well as providing guidance for effective administration of our programs, policies, and procedures. This is a very critical role to the Human Resources (HR) department as the incumbent will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for team members and leaders across the enterprises. Assists with strengthen compliance practice, research of questions from our team members pertaining to leave policies and ensuring forms are collected, completed correctly, recorded, and in accordance with deadlines.
