As a Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodations Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of managing a wide range of leave of absence and reasonable accommodation requests. This is your chance to combine empathy, attention to detail, and legal expertise to provide timely and accurate support. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our TMR, Benefits, Payroll, and Health Services teams, ensuring all cases adhere to federal, state, and company policies. Make an enduring impact by ensuring our team members receive the high-quality service they deserve. This is an on-site position requiring in-person collaboration and support across departments.
