The role a complex manager trainee will encompass all management areas of a Rose Acre complex. Overall, the trainee will shadow and train alongside current complex managers and fill in for complex managers once the training level has reached a satisfactory point. As most trainees will already have a solid background in one complex area, the trainee may spend less time in this area during the overall complex training unless complex needs require the trainee to fill in. Although the goal of the training period is to follow a structure that allows the trainee to experience the many challenges of managing a complex, complex needs may dictate that the trainee remain in one area for set period of time should the complex manager be short in experienced crew leaders in that area. The trainee will spend enough time in each area to achieve a level of competency that allows him or her to handle the department should the current complex manager be absent. All duties are to be performed in an exemplary and professional manner.
