About The Position

The LNE Operator position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and refurbishing of equipment in compliance with company procedures and standards. Our extensive direct-to-consumer offerings and industry-leading line-up of innovative water dispensers create consumer connectivity through recurring water purchases across Water Direct, Water Exchange, and Water Refill. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Water cooler, filtration or similar equipment troubleshooting, and repair experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools as provided.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and writing communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift up to 65lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair different types of equipment as required.
• Perform operational checks and sanitation required on all equipment.
• Sanitize and package units per company procedures and standards.
• Work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and company safety standards.
• Participate in daily inventory activities including cycle counts.
• Adhere to 5S standards in the workplace.
