About The Position
Home Care Professionals Needed – LNAs & Caregivers (Merrimack/Milford, NH) A respected home-care provider is expanding its team in the Merrimack area. We’re seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and experienced caregivers who want rewarding, flexible work supporting clients in their homes. Position Highlights: Hourly pay from $19 to $23 depending on experience Weekly pay and predictable scheduling Flexible options – full-time, part-time, or supplemental hours PTO and paid sick time after eligibility Health, dental & vision benefits available for 30+ hours weekly Mileage reimbursement between client visits Paid orientation and continuing education (CEUs) Supportive leadership and independent work environment
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Able to pass NH background and BAAS checks
- Experience in home care or facilities preferred – training offered
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support
- Offer companionship and promote client independence
- Prepare meals and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Run errands or pick up groceries for clients
- Report changes in condition promptly to the office
