About The Position
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time LNA’s Who We Are: This busy cardiac telemetry unit not only provides care for cardiovascular patients but also delivers advanced care to individuals with respiratory, diabetic, endocrine, neurological, renal, vascular, infectious diseases, and other medical conditions. A portion of this 22-bed unit is dedicated to our progressive care unit, ensuring specialized attention for patients requiring intermediate care. Our staff members are highly trained in managing continuous abdominal peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) for patients within our community. The 4 West team exemplifies a strong work ethic grounded in teamwork, respect, and a commitment to providing culturally competent care at the highest level. About the Job: Clinical Assistants (LNAs) are a combination of Health Unit Coordinators and Licensed Nursing Assistants. As a member of the Patient Care Services team, Clinical Assistants support in patient care and coordinate administrative functions of assigned patient care areas and facilitate patient flow throughout the department.
Requirements
- Completed LNA program & active licensure in the state of NH
- Basic medical terminology.

- Previous EMR experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- ADL’s and patient care assistance
- Maintain a safe patient care environment
- Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements
- Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated
