About The Position

We have per diem LNA opportunities on all three of our nursing units within our Skilled Nursing Facility. Please use this application to apply whether you are interested in part time or per diem! We have separate job postings for each of our open full-time positions. For part time LNA positions, we are offering a sign on bonus, up to $7,500, pro-rated for part time and years of experience. Please note, all hires, including per diem and part time, must commit to a full-time weekday orientation for the first two weeks. The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a critical role in providing direct and indirect patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients. LNAs work under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of patients. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs monitoring, patient mobility, and maintaining patient hygiene. The LNA's contribution to the healthcare team is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• LNA, licensed in Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care.
