About The Position

We are hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) for our General Medicine, Cardiology, and Neurosciences units. These dynamic teams care for patients with a wide range of medical, cardiac, and neurological needs. As an LNA, you’ll provide essential direct and indirect patient care — including daily care, mobility support, safety monitoring, and communication assistance — under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will work closely with collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and build strong clinical skills while supporting patients with varying levels of complexity. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Current Vermont LNA license required
  • Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of one 12-hour shift per week.
