About the position
Brookdale Spruce Wood is currently hiring for LNA/CNA positions in a Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living Community. We are looking for candidates for Weekends/Per Diem 1st and 2nd shift, Full Time 2nd Shift, and Part Time 2nd Shift. A $2000 SIGN ON BONUS is available for FULL TIME Associates. Shift differentials are offered for 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as additional pay for weekends. Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as showers, bathroom assistance, and dressing/grooming.
- Successfully complete State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
Requirements
- Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required.
- Must maintain certification.
