Requirements

Valid New Hampshire state licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Empathetic nature and genuine commitment to patient well-being.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and patient-centered approach to care.

Other duties as assigned.
