These businesses allow Live Nation Media & Sponsorship to create strategic music marketing programs that connect more than 1,200 sponsors with the 145 million fans that attend Live Nation Entertainment events each year. The Brand Management team is the driving force within the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, focusing on client relationships and program activation. Senior Brand Managers lead day-to-day relationships and activities of Live Nation's strategic marketing partnerships with top corporate brands, emphasizing festivals and social content.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting.
  • Record of success building, selling, and/or delivering innovative marketing programs with measurable results.
  • Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred.
  • Work with recognizable global brands preferred.
  • Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel 30% of time or more, often nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the planning, execution, and on-site delivery of custom events, artist experiences, hospitality programs, and festival activations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sponsorship programs from planning and execution through measurement and recap.
  • Own meeting agendas, recap notes, and next-step alignment to ensure progress.
  • Translate data insights into clear narratives that highlight measurable results and drive future business.
  • Oversee financial management for assigned accounts by forecasting, tracking actuals, processing invoices, and running budget scenarios.
  • Develop and grow relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver insight-driven programs.
  • Stay informed on clients' industries, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities.
