About The Position

The Project Manager at Live Nation will oversee the logistics of the VIP program, manage road staff, and ensure the smooth execution of various event-related processes. Responsibilities

• Manage VIP program logistics
• Manage VIP Road Staff
• Oversee new hire paperwork for Reps
• Oversee VIP Rep processes including financial and nightly event recaps
• Manage training and execution for all road Rep personnel
• Pack road cases and manage shipments to and from tour
• Manage Merchandise & Creative Procurement
• Facilitate merchandise approvals and changes with Client Service and vendors
• Assist with ambience and décor decks for each program
• Submit purchase orders and maintain Purchase Order listing
• Manage drop shipment schedules for merchandise
• Create concepts for photo booths, drink tickets, and banners
• Seek out new vendors for product ideas, costs, and quality
