About The Position

The Marketing Intern position at Live Nation Entertainment offers students a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the live entertainment industry. This paid internship is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and live music, providing them with hands-on experience in various aspects of concert marketing. Interns will work closely with the marketing department in Phoenix, assisting with administrative tasks, conducting market research, and developing promotional strategies. The role is part-time, remote, and requires occasional visits to the Phoenix office.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, preferably in a related field
• Junior or Senior standing
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing or event planning
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Knowledge of the live entertainment industry

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Live Nation Phoenix marketing department with administrative duties
• Research target markets (Arizona and New Mexico) for concerts
• Research local events and manage local event calendars
• Research digital avenues in various markets
• Research and contact local business promotional partners
• Set up promotions with approved businesses
• Research and contact influencers to use on marketing campaigns
• Set up promotions with approved influencers
• Design creative social media content
• Help maintain regional social media content calendar
• Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested
• Complete a final internship project to be presented at the end of the program
